Solia

Terms of Service

Effective 2 November 2026

1. Who we are

Solia (the app at app.solia.stepikin.com, the Android app and this website) is operated by UNICORNBROTHERS COMPANY LIMITED LLC, a Missouri limited liability company, 1302 Brandom St, Jackson, MO 63755, USA (“we”, “us”). Contact: hello@stepikin.com.

2. What Solia is — and what it is not

Solia is an AI companion for self-help and emotional well-being: conversations by text and voice, short exercises, a journal and mood tracking. Solia is not a medical service, does not diagnose or treat any condition and does not replace a doctor, psychologist or psychotherapist. Answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate.

In a crisis — if you may harm yourself or someone else — call your local emergency number (for example 112 or 911) or a crisis line. Solia shows local helplines in the app; you do not need a subscription for that.

3. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country, if higher). You sign in with your email address and are responsible for keeping access to it secure.

4. Free plan and Solia Plus

5. Cancelling

You can cancel renewal at any time in the app: Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription. Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy.

6. Acceptable use

Do not use Solia to break the law, harm others, attempt to access other people’s data, or overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend accounts that do so.

7. Your content and privacy

Your messages are sent to AI providers only to generate replies. Context is stored only with your consent; journal entries stay on your device. You can export or delete your data in the app. Details are in the privacy section of the app (Profile → Privacy and data).

8. Availability and changes

We work to keep Solia available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change features or these terms; if a change affects paid subscribers, we will tell you in the app or by email before it takes effect.

9. Liability

Solia is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or for decisions you make based on AI answers, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Missouri, USA, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise. Questions: hello@stepikin.com.
