Cancel any time
Card subscriptions to Solia Plus ($9/month or $59.99/year) renew automatically. To stop renewal, open the app: Profile → Subscription → Manage subscription → Cancel. No email or call is needed. Plus stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and you will not be charged again.
14-day refund
If Solia did not work for you, or you were charged by mistake (for example, a renewal you forgot to cancel), write to hello@stepikin.com within 14 days of the charge from the email you use in Solia. We refund that payment in full, and Plus ends when the refund is issued.
- Card payments are refunded to the same card through Stripe. Banks usually show the refund within 5–10 business days.
- Crypto payments are refunded in the same coin and network to an address you give us, minus the network fee. Crypto payments do not renew, so there is nothing to cancel.
After 14 days
Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, except where the law of your country requires it. You can still cancel, and Plus will stay active until the end of the paid period.
Sessions with psychologists
- You cancel 24 hours or more before the start — full refund. Cancel in the app: My sessions → the session → Cancel session. Card payments return to the same card (usually 5–10 business days); USDT payments are sent in full to the address you give, within 3 business days.
- You cancel less than 24 hours before, or miss the session — no refund: the psychologist kept this time for you.
- The psychologist cancels — always a full refund.
- The session did not happen or went wrong (for example, the psychologist did not join or the call failed) — tap Report a problem on the session within 48 hours. We review each case within 1–2 business days and refund the payment when the session did not take place.
Free Plus
Plus from a promo code or an invitation is free: there is nothing to refund, and it simply ends on the date shown in the app.

- Отменить подписку картой можно в любой момент: Профиль → Подписка → Управлять подпиской → Отменить. Плюс работает до конца оплаченного периода, новых списаний не будет.
- Вернём деньги в течение 14 дней после списания, если Solia не подошла или списание прошло по ошибке. Напишите на hello@stepikin.com с почты, на которую зарегистрирован аккаунт. Деньги за карту вернутся на ту же карту через Stripe, обычно за 5–10 рабочих дней.
- Крипта возвращается в той же монете и сети на указанный вами адрес, за вычетом комиссии сети. Платёж криптой не продлевается, отменять нечего.
- Платежи старше 14 дней не возвращаются, кроме случаев, когда этого требует закон вашей страны.
- Сессии с психологами: отмена за 24 часа и раньше — полный возврат (на карту или в USDT на ваш адрес); позже или неявка — без возврата; если отменяет психолог — всегда полный возврат. Если сессия не состоялась, нажмите «Сообщить о проблеме» в течение 48 часов — разберёмся за 1–2 рабочих дня.
